Commercial Director (UCSF)
Driven by maintaining high standards across all areas, Jes has been working within Facilities management for the last 15 years and within the Fitness industry for over 20 years.
Jes heads after all commercial revenue streams for the UCS foundation. This includes and oversees all types of external school usage from Facilities hire, location filming , facility hire and larger milestone events.
Customer service is of paramount importance to him and ensuring a positive user experience always remains top of the list.
Membership & Administration Manager (UCSF)
Chloe comes from a sporting background having done athletics and hockey and previously working in a sports leisure Centre and has experience and knowledge within the industry.
Chloe is currently a Membership and Admin Manager and thrives to take on challenges and make a positive attitude to work.
Chloe is passionate about service excellence and delivering the health and well-being benefits of sports and leisure programmes.
Anna Ricciardiello
Operations & Compliance Manager (UCSF)
Pool Lifeguard Trainer and Assessor as well as a qualified pool plant operator, Anna has over 10 year experience working in the leisure industry, with a strong swimming pool, lifeguard teaching and accessing background.
Graduated with honour in Mediation and Translation, Anna is the Operations Manager at UCS Active and thrives to deliver great customer service as well as maintain high standards in the health and safety of the club.
Dean Green
Sports & Facility Manager (UCSF)
Dean schedules internal and external sports and classroom bookings across UCS Active, ensuring a high-quality experience for all users.
With almost 20 years’ experience in the sports and leisure industry, Dean is an LTA Level 3 Accredited Tennis Coach and qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer. He also holds qualifications in sports conditioning, nutrition, basketball, swimming, Boxercise and spin.
Dean oversees the Tennis programme and delivers a range of coached sessions, including adult and cardio tennis.
With a background in professional and Non-League Football, Dean brings a wealth of sporting experience and a strong passion for service excellence and high-quality sports and leisure programmes.
Humera Rasul
Events & Communications Manager (UCSF)
Humera previously worked as Head of Marketing at Eaton Square Senior School and joins us with extensive marketing, strategic communications and event planning experience.
Graduated with a Master's degree in Design Innovation, Humera has a real passion for design and has delivered effective creative campaigns in previous positions.
Humera is an approachable individual with excellent communication skills and understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer service. If you are interested in any of the UCS Facilities for event hire, Humera would be delighted to assist.
Shay Thripp
Sports Pavilion Manager (UCSF)
Shay is the Sports Pavilion Manager at UCS Active.
She has over 8 years experience and comes from a charity & education background.
She thrives on having a strong customer service focus.
Andrew Lorainey
Duty Manager & Events Coordinator (UCSF)
Andrew is a welcoming and enthusiastic addition to our management team. Known for his friendly demeanor and positive attitude, he brings a fresh and caring perspective to leadership. His ability to connect with team members and provide support in times of need is one of their standout qualities. Whether offering guidance, lending a hand, or simply listening, Andrew consistently demonstrates a genuine interest in the well-being of those around them.
Andrew has also joined our events team as the Events Coordinator, and is exceptional at building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members alike. If you are interested in any of the UCS Facilities for event hire, Andrew would be more than happy to help.
Vinitha Ganesamoorthy
Duty Manager (UCS Active)
A detail-oriented Receptionist with 6+ years of experience at UCS Active, with a recent transition to the role of a Duty Manager. Graduating with honors in English with Creative Writing from Queen Mary University of London has equipped Vinitha with a deep appreciation for effective communication. Known for her adaptability, resilience, and dedication to excellence, Vinitha is eager to continue her professional growth and contribute to the success of Active while upholding its core values of integrity, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Marzena Szponar
Marzena has over 10 years’ experience in the fitness, health and wellbeing sector. She holds a Master’s degree in Health and Physical Education and is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Mental Health First Aider, Mindfulness Champion and British Cycling Activity Coach.
Marzena oversees the Kids Active and Group Exercise programmes, managing programme development, instructor coordination and the delivery of safe, inclusive and engaging activities.
With a strong customer-focused approach and passion for wellbeing, Marzena is committed to helping people build healthy habits for life. She is also a keen triathlete and enjoys teaching group exercise classes.
Duty Manager (UCS Active)
Having been with us since 2016, Adam has gone from strength to strength. Having started off as a receptionist, he progressed to a duty manager. Having left his full time role to pursue his education Adam will occasionally be on site. Being a very recognisable member of the team, and having a strong passion for badminton & tennis don't be afraid to say hello when you see him on shift.
