With half-term just around the corner, there’s plenty happening at UCS Active—and we’d love for you to stay connected and get involved over the coming weeks.

Below you’ll find key updates on our half-term opening hours, Kids Active sessions, fitness class timetables and upcoming children’s camps.

We are also currently in the process of finalising the booking details for the launch of Pilates @ The Pavilion and will share updates with you in the next few weeks.


Please see our half-term and opening times below:

Half Term Time: 16th February– 22nd February

  • Monday - Friday: 6am-10pm
  • Weekends: 8am-8pm

Term Time: 23rd February - 29th March

  • Monday - Friday: 6am-7am & 6pm-10pm
  • Weekends: 8am-8pm

We would also like to remind you that onsite parking restrictions apply, here are our February parking restrictions:

  • Thursday 12th February
  • Wednesday 25th February

Sports Hall Closure
Please also note; due to exams this term, the Sports Hall will be closed during certain days, however Bootcamp Circuit, Boxing Circuit and Pilates on Tuesdays & Thursdays will still go ahead in the sports hall.

Due to popular demand, we have added a new Saturday session! Kids will learn fundamental drills to develop their football skills and social confidence.

Schedule Adjustments & New Dance Class:

KA Football (Ages 8–11)
Please note; the new start time of 12:30 pm - 1:15 pm

KA Dance (Ages 5–11)
Now available on Sundays at 2:30 pm!

If your kids want to learn the latest dance moves this is the perfect class for them.

Boot Camp Circuits
Mondays at 6:10 pm
Kick off your week in the Sports Hall with our new high-energy Boot Camp. This circuit-style workout is designed to get your heart rate up and leave you feeling energized.

Pilates on Thursdays
Due to popular demand, we are reintroducing our Pilates class on Thursdays from 6:10 pm – 7:00 pm, starting February 12th 2026.

Little House of Science: Biodesign Lab Science Camp
February 2026

Physiotherapy - February Offer

A special February offer for our Physio Fitness community.

For this month only, you can enjoy two sports or remedial massage sessions for just £150—normally £170. You can use both sessions yourself or treat someone you care about to a relaxing and restorative experience. Please note that the £150 payment is made at the first session, and the second massage can be booked at a time that suits you.
