HOW TO BOOK



UCS Active members can book either in person or through the Club Hub. Please click HERE to download a copy of our booking instructions.

If you’re not yet registered on our database, you can sign up for a pay-as-you-go membership by completing the form at the bottom of the page. A member of our team will then confirm your status and provide details on how to book, either online or in person.

CLASS ETIQUETTES

  • All classes must be booked and paid for in advance via Club Hub or in person at reception.
  • If you are a complete novice to Reformer or returning to exercise, our Foundations classes are the perfect place to start. You will learn foundational movements at an accessible pace. We suggest 3-5 of these classes before you move to the flow classes.
  • We are unable to refund or credit sessions cancelation within 12 hours of the class start time. Sessions cancelled with more than 12 hours’ notice will be credited. More info available HERE.
  • Failure to attend a booked session will result in the loss of your credit. This will be automatically deducted from your purchased credits.
  • Participants must be 16 years or older.
  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early, especially for your first session. To maintain the flow of the class, late entry is not permitted once the session has started.
  • We offer just 11 reformers per session to ensure an intimate, personalized experience.
  • For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all classes. These are available for purchase at the studio.
  • Please inform your instructor of any injuries or medical conditions before the class begins so we can provide necessary modifications.

Health Questionnaire

If you can answer 'Yes' to any of the following questions then you should first talk to your doctors about your proposed physical activity.
If you honestly answered 'No' to all of the questions above, then you can gradually increase your level of physical activity. If you are joining with others, please ensure that they are aware of these questions and take relevant action.
I confirm that I wish to participate voluntarily in physical activity at UCS Active and UCS Sports Pavilion. Its employees/contractors/group exercise instructors/sports coaches will not be held liable for any accident or personal injury sustained in the course of, or resulting from the use of UCS Facilities. I have read and fully understand the Terms & Conditions. I agree on behalf of myself and others included in my membership to abide by the Club Rules for the duration of the membership.
