David an advanced personal trainer and has a background in competitive sports including swimming and rugby. Holding a Reps level 3 qualification, he has been working in the industry for 8 years. David uses a combination of weight and functional training to ensure postural correction, body fat reduction and muscle development, and creates unique programmes for each individual, helping them to meet their goals quickly and effectively.
Amelia has worked for UCS Active for many years as a duty manager, a fitness instructor and a REPs level 3 personal trainer. Her formative years were spent in competitive athletics and a high level of Netball, before developing her skills as a personal trainer. Amelia has excellent customer relations and her realistic and empathetic approach has also helped her clients achieve a variety of goals. She possesses comprehensive skills in advanced core training and is also a certified Boxercise instructor.
Natasa is a highly motivated and enthusiastic member of our team. Employed as a Level 2 Fitness Intructor she has already worked her way up to Duty Manager due to her excellent customer services skills. Her passion has always been in fitness, therefore she also qualified as a REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer specialising in core training and weight loss management.
David is a level 4 personal trainer specialising in Diabetes. This has given him an edge in understanding and helping clients achieve their ideal body composition. His sessions combine boxing for conditioning, Kettlebells for strength and TRX training to improve core endurance and flexibility.
Mandana has worked as a personal trainer for almost 10 years and holds a BSC in Sports Science and Exercise Physiology and personal training level 4 at premier international. These combined subjects have given her a deep insight into anatomy and physiology, as well as the science and prescription of exercise. Mandana prides herself on her commitment, energy and personable approach, which enable her to be more than just a personal trainer - a trusted life style coach to her clients.
A clinically trained Exercise Physiologist, REPS Level 4 Personal Trainer and Level 1 Matwork Pilates Teacher, Richard also runs the Phase IV Cardiac Rehab program, has BSc. degree in Sport Science and an MSc. degree in Sport & Exercise Physiology. He is also an RFU Rugby Coach and an ECB Cricket coach, and has coached his teams to league and cup success in Surrey and Middlesex County finals. His recent research area is in improving runners and cyclists Lactate Thresholds and you can book a Blood Lactate test with him here at UCS Active. Richard also uses various soft tissue manipulation techniques to improve flexibility, and range of motion and corrective exercise to address movement dysfunction.
Dylan is a keen Ironman athlete and has experience at coaching British & USA Triathlon, British Cycling & racing. He thrives on training & competing & has a no nonsense attitude to fitness. Dylan believes sustainable results come from hard work, determination, self-control & a willingness to succeed. With a complete personal training & nutrition programme he ensures clients maximise energy expenditure for superb results.

Adam has been a full time personal trainer for 14 years, after finishing a Sports Science degree and working as a Met Police Officer. Before that, he took part in many years of football and athletics; during which, lots of injury was experienced. This then led to his interest of how to avoid, correct and work around injuries; along with clients that want body transformations due to excess weight. Adam also has advanced core activation and back strengthening knowledge, as well as a love for learning and teaching skipping tricks and boxing. He likes his sessions to be challenging, safe, fun and simple; as you become the healthiest version of yourself.
